My Story

Two years ago, I couldn't stand the sound of my own voice. Seeing myself in a photo made me cringe. Watching a video of myself? Impossible. I had real, heavy anxiety — the kind that turned everyday things into walls.

The 90-Day Experiment

I'm a high school student. Two years ago, I decided I couldn't keep living like that. So I did the thing that scared me most — I recorded myself. Every single day. For 90 days straight.

First few weeks were brutal. My voice shook, my hands shook, watching it back was painful. But something started to shift. The fear didn't disappear, but it stopped running the show. I could finally hear myself without flinching.

That experiment became the foundation of The Communication Guide for Introverts — a 31-page practical workbook for students who feel exactly like I felt.
